What is the cost of a ticket?
$499, which includes access to all sessions, breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, and receptions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Please note, only one ticket can be purchased per email address.
Where is the event taking place?
MVCon will be held at the Renaissance Hotel in the Seaport District of Boston, conveniently located near Logan Airport (3 miles!).
Who can attend this event?
This is an exclusive event for publishers working with Mediavine for ad management. The sessions are ideal for professional creators who are ready to take the next step in their publishing career. Please note, MVCon is a 21+ event. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older to participate. No children are allowed.

How will I meet new people?

What’s the event schedule?
MVCon kicks off on Wednesday, November 5, at 3 PM, and wraps on Friday, November 7, at 2 PM. Please plan your travel accordingly. A full agenda will be shared closer to the event, but you can expect a mix of expert-led sessions, hands-on collaboration, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow Mediavine creators.
Can I share a room?

Is travel included?
No, attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodations, but we’ve secured discounted hotel rates to make your stay easier. Click HERE to secure your room at the special MVCon rate.
Are all meals included?
We've got you covered with breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday and evening receptions on Wednesday and Thursday. Dinner is on your own—perfect for exploring Boston’s amazing food scene.
Can I extend my stay at the hotel?
Yes! You’re welcome to extend your stay, based on availability. Contact the hotel directly and they will be happy to assist you.
I have a special accommodation need, what should I do?
We're here to help! if you need something like wheelchair access, sign language interpretation, or have dietary restrictions, just select "Yes" when you register, and a Mediavine team member will reach out to help. If there's anything else we should know to make your experience more comfortable, feel free to email us at events@mediavine.com.
Is there a space for nursing mothers?
Yes! The Renaissance Hotel offers a dedicated Mother’s Room on the 5th floor, providing a comfortable and private space for nursing or pumping. If you require any additional assistance or accommodations, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
What if I bought a ticket but am no longer able to attend?
Tickets for MVCon are non-transferable without the express consent of Mediavine and cannot be exchanged for cash. To request a transfer, please send your request to events@mediavine.com. A Mediavine representative will confirm your transfer. If you do not receive confirmation, it is your responsibility to follow up with Mediavine until you receive a response; otherwise your ticket may not be transferred.
Please note that the deadline for ticket transfers is two weeks before the event starts. After that, transfer requests will not be accepted.
